Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping is automatically applied to any order. 

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail generally one day after the order is received, Monday - Friday.  An email confirming your order has shipped will be sent with a tracking number and estimated time of arrival.  Delivery may take up to one week.  Currently Shelton is only available within the United States.


Order Status/Package Tracking

You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped generally one day after order is received.  The email will contain your 20 digit Delivery Confirmation number.  You can enter your Delivery Confirmation number at the United States Postal Service Website to access delivey status.  If you did not receive an email containing a Delivery Confirmation number or need additional help, please use the form to the right to contact us directly.


Exchanges and Returns

You may return or exchange any product for any reason.

We include a return form with every order, please take the time to fill out this form and return it with your package.  If you do not have the return form, please include a detailed written request with why you are returning the package and what you would like to see happen, along with contact information.  The return/exchange value will be determined by the products last retail price.  There is no charge for shipping an exchange back to you. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges, with shipping, is about three weeks.


Gift Message

You may include a gift message with any order, free of charge.  During checkout you will have the opportunity to indicate if the order is a gift and write a gift message.  We will remove the price from the packing slip and add the gift message.

This site is secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to secure your order information as it is transmitted over the internet.  SSL technology is the industry standard method for securing online transactions.  The secure mode begins as you first enter the checkout process (shipping and billing informtion).  To ensure you are in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) or secure mode for your transactions, look at the address of the page.  Secure pages will usually appear with an address that begins with https:// instead of the standard http:// - again, this mode will begin once you begin the checkout process.  All information, once on our server, is protected from any external intrusions.  Once your order is processed, we will not retain your credit card number in our online systems.
